The largest tri-state home care provider of durable medical equipment is seeking two Account’s Payable Specialists for our Lower Westchester location.
This position is responsible for all accounts payable related activities as follows:
• Preparation and entry of vendor invoices for timely payment
• Coordinates the proper month end cut off of vendor invoices as required by Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (GAAP).
• Heavy invoice processing
• Batching and Coding
• Vendor Contact
• Invoice Research and Analysis
• Preparing Reports
• Special Projects
Must have 3+ years of accounts payable, self-starter, ability to adapt to changing environments, prioritize and multi-task. Knowledge of ACC Pac, Mas 90, Great Plains or Quickbooks required.
Location: Westchester
Compensation: up to $14.00 per hour
